My shorts are stuck loading, what should I do?

First, try these quick fixes:

1. Refresh the page - Sometimes the process has progressed further or the shorts have even already completed
2. Check from home page:
• Go to your dashboard home
• Click back through to the repurposed content section
• See if progress has updated

If shorts are still stuck:

1. Contact support with the URL of the page where shorts are stuck
   • The URL will look like: https://app.taja.ai/generate-videos?parentVideoId=[video-id]
2. We'll delete the stuck shorts in process so you can regenerate them

Important Notes:

• Shorts generate best for talking head videos
• Generation can take 20-30 minutes
• Keep the tab open while shorts are generating
• You'll receive an email when they're ready
